Allie Strauss
Instructor
Allie started dancing at the age of 3 at Nancy Raddatz Dance Studio. When Raddatz expanded locations, she continued her education at the Eagan studio where she took tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop, pointe, and musical theater. In high school, she attended multiple dance conventions throughout the twin cities and was part of the Company Dance program at Apple Valley High School. Allie worked as a teacher for the Eagan studio for 12 years, specializing in teaching tap and musical theater dances to middle schoolers. She took a break from teaching dance for two years, but is excited to re-join the Raddatz team again this fall!
Allie completed her Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology and Master of Education in Parent and Family Education degrees at the University of Minnesota, earning her teaching license in parent education along the way. In 2021, Allie acquired a second teaching license in special education at Bethany Lutheran College. Allie currently works as a special educator for elementary and middle school students. Last year, she was part of the production team as a choreographer/teacher for the middle school musical of Frozen Jr.
